Almost half way through the year, my vote for the strangest book you’ll read in 2014 is The Strange and Beautiful Sorrows of Ava Lavender by Leslye Walton. Only on page 22, but… The writing is different. The plot is different. The characters are surely different. Based on my 22 pages, I’m really going to enjoy this book. I bet you will too.
